the 160 Mn cases branded IMFL market, is poised to
launch new brands for the Indian and International
Markets.

young and dynamic team leader as:

Team Head - Human Resources

Qualifications:
MBA/PGDBM from a reputed institute: IIM/XLRI/IRMA/ TISS
or equivalent, with about 7-10 years of experience in
FMCG/Consumer Durable/Alcobev Industry.

Age : 28-33 Years

Main responsibility: Partner with line functions to
deliver full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR
support and programs to employees and managers.

Specific responsibilities:

1. Business Knowledge: Ensure depth of understanding
of organizations supported, including key business
functions and processes.

2. Organizational Development: Understands the needs
of the organization in terms of achieving maximum
organizational performance and efficiencies. Consults
and influences senior management on key organizational
and management concerns.

3. Employee Relations: Consults managers and employees
on all aspects of employee-related issues, including
manager/employee issues, policies & procedures

4. Talent & Performance Management: Provide advice and
counsel to managers and employees on all performance
related issues, including key talent, succession
planning, bonus management, attendance/performa nce
issues, performance improvement, and terminations.

5. Compensation & Benefits: Execute corporate
compensation and benefits programs (compensation
planning, salary surveys and analysis, open
enrollment, etc.). Partner with management and
Benefits to assist with the management of leaves,
disabilities, and Worker’s Compensation.

6. Special Projects: Develop and work on special and
cross-functional projects as needed. Examples include
Plant HR projects at Distilleries.

7. Staffing: Act as liaison between site Staffing
function and line organizations. Participate in
interview process for management and key hires.

8. Training: Understand the training/developmen t needs
of organization create Corporate Training /Sales

Training Modules.

9. HR Metrics: Track and report staffing, retention,
attrition, and other necessary data to line
management; recommend programs and/or enhancements as
necessary.
