Responsibilities include program development, strategic planning, budgeting, evaluation, reporting, administration and fund-raising. Travel 30-40% of time. Requires 5-10 years experience direct field level program development within South Asia and at least Master's level education. Experience with integrated programs in 2 or more of the following areas essential: Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management, Reproductive and Community-based Health; Savings and Credit, Community/Group capacity building.
Solid analytical, documentation, communication skills needed. Excellent English and fluency in a suitable local language (Nepali or Hindi) required.
