Barefoot managers is a documentary film, produced by IRMA. This 18 minute film is shown to all the participants who are selected for GD/Interview round during the selection process in IRMA.

The film comprehensively documents the pedagogy followed in IRMA, life in campus and what IRMA seeks its alumni to do after passing out of the campus.
