Institute for Financial Management & Research (IFMR Trust) is recruiting Program Head – Strategy Advisory Group for Centre for Development Finance (CDF).
The key responsibilities in this role will be as follows:
- Manage the day to day operations and activities of the SAG team, including recruitment and hiring, mentorship, project design and management
- Provide leadership and vision for SAG team skill development and growth
- Promote SAG team within the development community and identify opportunities for business development
- Attract new clients and assist Director in contract negotiations
- Delegate responsibilities and own client deliverables
- Strengthen team by building platforms for quality assurance, internal capacity building, and strong client management
