Introduction

National AIDS Control Program-III (NACP-III) has an ambitious set of targets for scaling up operations in all of its key implementation areas. In light of the ambitious targets set by NACP III, a National Technical Support Unit (NTSU) is proposed to be set up in NACO (National AIDS Control Organization) to provide Technical and Managerial support to roll out NACP III in several program areas.

Enclosed is a ToR for a position with TERI. This is for a programme that is of special interest to Dr.Pachauri. They are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for implementation. This programme would cover India, Myanmar, Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc.
