Khalil Gibran once said " You say that you will give but only to the deserving.But the trees in your orchards don't say so, nor the folks in your pastures. They give that they may live for to withhold is to perish."
IRMA's philosophy is also very much in tune with these lines by Gibran. But one has to experience the same to know the true worth of giving and may be then able to articulate the feeling of satisfaction.
I too recently, though in a small way, have tasted it and it is really the sweetest. The PRM 31 Mentorship intiative by PRM 29 & PRM 30 has been extended this time by including Alumni right from PRM 1 to PRM 28.
The support and encouragement from the Alumni is tremendous. They not only are happy to attend the calls and e-mails but a lot of them have made a point to meet these PRM 31 prospective participants in person. And one should see the joy, enthusiasm and gratitude of the participants in having this opportunity.
When I receive encouragement mails from the Alumni and thanks mails from the participants, I feel the worth of being a small element of the giving process.
I thank all the Alumni,faculties and batch mates for making this initiative a success and contributing their bit for the cause. It has been such an enriching experience.
